Meet HaNeul, our Open Arms mascot

HaNeul (“하늘”) is a special blue whale. He swims the seas of knowledge, spreading love and English letters to the children while inviting them to explore the world together.

HaNeul was created in 2025 by the famous
Walt Disney creator Jin Kim, in collaboration with Wain Choi (former EVP of Cheil Worldwide) and the children involved in Open Arms Programs.

HaNeul shares his love of learning with the children, reading stories together, practicing English, and discovering the world right from the classroom. With every book they open, they set sail on a new adventure, proving that magic isn’t just in the ocean; it is in the friendships and knowledge they build together.
